3M™ Transpore™ White Dressing is a latex-free, hypoallergenic, gentle tape that was designed to combine the best features of Transpore™ tape with those of Micropore™ tape. It provides good initial and long-term (72 hours) adhesion and minimal edge lift during wear. It has easy straight bi-directional tear for quick tailoring, and it holds well on both damp and dry skin. It is breathable, water-resistant, sticks well to itself, and is easy to handle with gloves. It is often used in securing dressings to damp or dry skin; for taping fragile, at-risk skin; for repeated taping; for anchoring tubing and devices; and when tape width must be customized. It comes in four sizes: 1/2″, 1″, 2″, and 3″.
