Liezl, our dynamic Regional Sales Manager and Branch Head for Visayas and Mindanao, has been a cornerstone in the growth and success of our company. From the very beginning, Liezl has shown remarkable dedication, spearheading the establishment of our Visayas branch. She was instrumental in every step, from scouting the perfect location to overseeing construction and ensuring the seamless start of operations. Her leadership is not just about achieving goals; it’s about building a strong organizational culture rooted in solid values. Liezl’s influence has fostered a work environment where teamwork, integrity, and excellence thrive.
Marsan’s story with PCC began in 2008, a year that marked not only the start of his career as a Field Engineer but also the beginning of many personal milestones. Fresh from passing the ECE boards, Marsan experienced a series of ‘firsts’ that would shape his journey—his first time behind the wheel, his first taste of travel, and the early days of starting his own family—all within the nurturing environment of PCC.
Joy approached leadership with a rare combination of patience and trust, choosing not to demand but to believe in the process. He placed his faith in the management, confident that his dedication would one day be recognized. His time finally came in 2020 when he was promoted to handle the entire National Capital Region. Under his leadership, the region reached new heights, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Marko's dedication and leadership have set a remarkable standard in the industry. His six years as District Sales Manager were nothing short of extraordinary, driving District C to new heights in market share and team success. Now, as the new Regional Sales Manager for South Luzon, there’s no doubt he will continue to inspire excellence and innovation. Marko’s ability to lead, strategize, and achieve results is truly outstanding, making him the perfect choice for this role. South Luzon is in great hands, and the future looks brighter than ever under his leadership.
As an unassuming and innocent fresh-graduate applicant that walked into PCC, who would have thought that years later, this strong-minded individual would help transform the company to what it is today. Peachy graduated with Latin honors at AUF with a degree in Psychology, and then finished her post-graduate degree at the De La Salle University. Truth be told, it was the late Minardo Sotto (who had a supernatural knack for spotting talent), who fought hard to recruit Peachy despite her youth and lack of experience.
Nory’s story with PCC began almost simultaneously with GPM’s own start at the company when he hired her as his first recruit during his initial year. From the onset, her role was pivotal—she was tasked with encoding the beginning balances and transactions of our very first database system (PCC Legacy System). Her meticulous work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and she quickly established herself as a standout employee, earning numerous accolades in her early years (2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2006).
Wenz’s journey with PCC began in the final days of 2006 when he joined as a Field Engineer. It quickly became evident that his talent for connecting with people might be better suited for a different path. Transitioning to a role for the imaging division, Wency brought with him a unique blend of technical know-how, people skills, and innovative thinking. This powerful combination soon led him to emerge as one of PCC’s most transformative leaders. Wenz’s story is one of management brilliance, creativity, and a consistent pursuit of excellence grounded on shared values and tradition. His contributions have left an indelible mark on PCC, and his leadership continues to inspire those around him.
“The lady boss with no sullen days.” Madam, as she is fondly called, captivates many with her unbelievable calmness and patience. Rarely will you find a supervisor or a manager who doesn’t easily get agitated when facing tough times at work. She was a consistent Salesperson of the Year awardee until she was promoted to Sales Manager for NCR. After which she chose to be assigned and move her family to Baguio to look after PCC’s sales in District A (Baguio, Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos). The way she took good care of our clients in District A paved the way for her promotion to Regional Sales Manager.
Reflecting on my six years at PCC, I realize that time has truly flown by. What some may see as a long journey has felt like just the beginning for me, thanks to the incredible experiences and rewarding moments I’ve had here. Every challenge, every success, and every connection has made this time immensely fulfilling. PCC has become more than just a workplace—it’s a place where I’ve grown, contributed, and thrived. I look forward to many more years of learning, collaboration, and success ahead!
During my brief tenure here, I have been fortunate to experience the unwavering support and camaraderie of my immediate supervisor, esteemed colleagues, and dedicated direct reports, all of which have greatly facilitated my integration into the company. Despite being a newcomer, I already envision this organization as a place where I can cultivate my career and thrive until retirement.
Perhaps one of her most remarkable achievements is her flawless handling of Accounting audits. Under Bhel’s leadership, the department has not only met expectations but exceeded them— her meticulous attention to detail ensuring that every audit has been aced, with data presented in an organized, thorough, and complete manner. Bhel continuously raises the bar and redefines success with her unmatched reliability and drive.
