HR Recruitment Clerk is responsible for attracting, developing, and empowering the best people who would embody the company’s values and help realize the company’s vision.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Selection & Placement

  • Formulates and implements recruitment plans and strategies to enhance the overall hiring process.
  • Identifies and sources qualified candidates for current and projected vacancies through coordination with universities, headhunters, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conducts initial interviews and performs background checks on shortlisted applicants.
  • Oversees the placement and onboarding of newly hired employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Psychometrics

  • Designs and validates personnel selection systems and assessment procedures.
  • Administers psychological assessments and other evaluation tools to applicants and employees.
  • Records and maintains accurate documentation of assessment results.
  • Ensures the reliability and validity of assessment instruments, and gathers data to support employee performance improvement.
  • Prepares comprehensive psychometric reports to serve as references for key employment-related decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s in Psychology or any related field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in Recruitment is an advantage!

Job Type: Temporary, Project-based

Salary:

  • From Php18,500.00 – Php 20, 000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Pay: Php18,500.00 – Php20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
