BD Insyte-W™ is an IV catheter made of Vialon® material with wings that improve catheter visibility and a thin wall catheter design that requires less penetration force during insertion. It is firm upon insertion but softens once it enters the vascular system. Insyte-W™ comes in various sizes: 18G, 20G, 22G, and 24G.
