IOBRIX 300 and IOBRIX 350 are non-ionic radiocontrast agents that are used in radiographic procedures including myelography, angiography, urography, arthrography, and visualization of the gastrointestinal tract and body cavities. They are also used to produce contrast enhancement during computed tomography. IOBRIX 300 contains 647 mg/mL of iohexol while IOBRIX 350 contains 755 mg/mL of iohexol. IOBRIX 300 and IOBRIX 350 are available in 50 mL and 100 mL USP Type II glass vials.
